Our History
The personal computer networking part of our company was started in 1993
as BEG, Jr. Enterprizes. Ernie begain installing networks with 10base2 cable and
LAN Manager Software. Since then he has done a lot using 10base2 hubs to
using the current state of the art switches and routers. Setting up servers
and workstations for 25 users down to 2 pc's. He has used LAN Manager,
Windows 95 & 98, peer-to-peer, NT 4.0 Novel 4.11, Windows 2000(Professional, Server and
Small Business Server) and Windows XP. Currently, Ernie is
connecting users to the internet through these servers using DSL, SDSL, and ADSL.
At the same time in 1993 there was an other company starting to do business.
This of course was JB Design and Illustration. We started by doing t-shirt designs
and some logos which soon turned into brochures, business cards and book layouts
with covers. Some of which have included the Ashville Historic Society Speical
Antebelulm Home Logo and many books for the Womens Missionary Union.
